I am starting to notice how those around me are starting to become more creative. My co -worker has been inspired to take jewelry making classes and has been substituting less productive avenues in her life with time spent in her studio and I think/hope getting a much deeper sense of satisfaction.

Walked into my office suite a morning this week and was greeted by this lovely golden warming sunshine. This is one of my physician coworkers academic office. My office unfortunately does not have a window.

I’ve been waiting for cold weather and am happy it has finally come. If it is not cold then it is cloudy, rainy and damp. There is something cleansing about the cold. Sun is shining, drier air, clearer skies and brisk. What is not to love…
